Whether you are happy (or not) with our services, we want to know. We want to continually improve so please tell us via the ‘Have Your Say’ section on our website where there are both opportunities to provide positive feedback or advise us of your complaint.
CEN is an independent charity and is not financially supported by any statutory body. As such, our resources are limited because the service we provide to families is free.
